I firmly believe that Reiki, EFT, or a combination of these two gentle therapies, can bring relief from stress or pain and promote relaxation and awareness so that the body can begin to heal itself. These therapies also offer the opportunity for us to re-discover who we really are, often changing our whole perspective on life.
